Off the MAT
Wow. I am so overjoyed. I was praying for a PIVOT and this is where I was led. I knew I wanted to revamp my offerings to not only feel fulfilled but show up in a better capacity. While I love teaching, I love to assist & see others win you know. After much prayer, talks with mentors & working through some personal blockages... I was led to Off the MAT. Why the name? I truly believe I embody what yoga means 360 degrees. Not many instructors can say that. How you show up off the mat every day, is absolutely how you show up on the mat (as a student, teacher, etc..).
I want you to know that this is absolutely a safe space before anything. One thing the yoga community is lacking right now is community and connection. A lot of gatekeeping & other stuff going on... Over here we are going to change that narrative. I've heard about so many traumatic things experienced in the yoga community by my peers & I am ready to change all of that.
So all in all welcome. My word for 2024: ELEVATE

Off the MAT is my way of showing up for instructors. When I first started teaching, there was no one open and willing to share with me (not that they were obligated), but gatekeeping is real. If your goal is to elevate your business & brand, this group is for you! I’ll be sharing all my resources and my knowledge of the yoga & wellness space!
