hey, I’m YogiTB

I am a yoga and wellness teacher who is dedicated to guiding you on your very own special journey back to self through emotionally healing movement & mindfulness.

With almost two decades’ worth of experience, in yoga, mindfulness, advanced training, and my personal healing journey, I have gathered the tools to embody peace, release what doesn’t serve me & step fully into my purpose. I want to share the same tools with you… because everyone deserves it.

Often it is overlooked how healing movement, guided by intentional breath is. Giving yourself full permission to drop into your body without judgment is true mastery of self.

Through mind-opening online courses, insightful emails, a supportive online community, enlightening yoga retreats, and on-demand videos you will receive the road mad to activating your authentic self.

I am trained in trauma-informed yoga & I teach solely from my heart. You are not here by mistake & I can’t wait to hold space for you… tap into the sol flow, that’ll make your heart glow.

  • My yoga 🧘‍♀️ sessions with Tierra are amazing and really helpful. When I first started yoga with Tierra I was a lil stiff due to my back injury. With the stretches and poses that she has me doing my flexibility has been amazing! She really focuses on resolving my sore and tight areas that I have (mine are my hips and back) she such a great listener and instructor. I love ❤️ the energy and the encouraging words that she speaks throughout the session, (that’s kind of my favorite part😊) it helps me center myself and focus on my breathing so I can be one with my body at that moment. I also love the one on one she gives me because in the past I’ve tried yoga classes before and never finish the class. I just thought I didn’t like yoga and it wasn’t for me but in reality, it’s all about the instructor and the energy. Although I’m still learning the poses, I practice yoga when I’m at home or at work so I can be more flexible, calm and peaceful throughout the day!
